Job Description

SRG are looking for a Global Regulatory Operations Training Specialist for a leading agrochemical company based in Bracknell. The Global Regulatory Operations Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance through effective management of data and documentation across Syngenta global markets.

This position is responsible for maintaining training materials, writing communications and supporting end users while ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements and company standards.

The role serves as a key liaison between Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety and other business units to facilitate efficient use of regulatory tools to support document management and data governance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain global process and system functionality training materials, including e-learning modules, user guides and quick reference guides
  • Create clear, accurate communications regarding regulatory updates, process changes, and system enhancements
  • Support the Worldwide Regulatory community by providing technical assistance and responding to stakeholder inquiries
  • Provide ongoing support to end users across the global community on regulatory tools and processes
  • Conduct training sessions for end users on regulatory systems, data management processes
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all training and communication materials

Experience and Qualifications

  • BSc or MSc in a scientific or related business discipline.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Veeva Vault)
  • Knowledge on IT systems and data management, familiar with the concept of databases.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory requirements for submission of agricultural products.
  • Fluent in English written and oral. Having skills in other languages is an advantage.

Critical Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in data and document management in Regulatory Affairs, within the agricultural or pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated experience with electronic document management systems and regulatory submissions
  • Successfully worked in an international and multidisciplinary project team environment
