We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of recruitment experience who is eager to develop their account management skills and make a real impact in our business.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your designated accounts.

• Sourcing, screening, and presenting top talent to our clients.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends to provide valuable insights.
• Collaborating with our team to meet recruitment targets and deliver excellent service.

What we're looking for:

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with some exposure to account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for recruitment and a desire to develop your career.
