National/Key Account Executive - Remote (with occasional travel)
Location: Remote (Quarterly meetings in Bracknell & Occasional travel to other locations)
Salary: 28.33 - 31.48 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Contract Type: Full-time, Contract, 1 year
Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and innovative environment? We're looking for a Key Account Executive to join our Consumer Business Group (CBG), focusing on the Retail & Office Channel across the UK & Ireland.
This is a fully remote role, with occasional travel (a few days per month) to meet customer needs and quarterly team meetings at our Bracknell office.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow national retail accounts within the UK&I Retail & Office sales channel.
- Lead and develop emerging retail accounts.
- Collaborate with buyers, merchandisers, and supply chain teams to drive profitable sales growth.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including shopper marketing, demand planning, and customer service.
- Identify customer needs and deliver compelling value propositions.
- Win promotional space, launch new products, and resolve customer queries efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in key account management, ideally within FMCG/Retail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a drive for operational excellence.
Preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Customer focused, ability to manage customer communication to deliver operational excellence
- A valid UK driver's license (all travel expenses covered).
- Preferably degree-educated or equivalent experience.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential but Beneficial):
- Problem-solving and business development mindset.
- Ability to work across various functions to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in strategic customer relationship management.
