Location: Remote (Quarterly meetings in Bracknell & Occasional travel to other locations)
Salary: 28.33 - 31.48 per hour (depending on experience)

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and innovative environment? We're looking for a Key Account Executive to join our Consumer Business Group (CBG), focusing on the Retail & Office Channel across the UK & Ireland.

This is a fully remote role, with occasional travel (a few days per month) to meet customer needs and quarterly team meetings at our Bracknell office.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow national retail accounts within the UK&I Retail & Office sales channel.
  • Lead and develop emerging retail accounts.
  • Collaborate with buyers, merchandisers, and supply chain teams to drive profitable sales growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including shopper marketing, demand planning, and customer service.
  • Identify customer needs and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Win promotional space, launch new products, and resolve customer queries efficiently.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in key account management, ideally within FMCG/Retail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a drive for operational excellence.
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Customer focused, ability to manage customer communication to deliver operational excellence

  • A valid UK driver's license (all travel expenses covered).
  • Preferably degree-educated or equivalent experience.


Bonus Skills (Not Essential but Beneficial):

  • Problem-solving and business development mindset.
  • Ability to work across various functions to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience in strategic customer relationship management.
