Are you an experienced Key Account Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a technical environment? As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary operational contact for a portfolio of key customers, ensuring seamless communication, order alignment, and contract execution. You’ll act as the voice of the customer, driving performance, resolving issues, and supporting business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities as a Key Account Manager:

  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely order acknowledgements and alignment with internal systems.
  • Lead order book reviews, forecast management, and CRM opportunity tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering) to meet delivery and performance targets.
  • Coordinate and issue accurate customer quotes, ensuring compliance and feasibility.
  • Drive customer performance reviews, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support customer visits, contract reviews, and financial pipeline planning.

 

What We’re Looking For as a Key Account Manager:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and MRP systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, numeracy, and commercial awareness.
  • An understanding of overseas government contracts
