Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for building relationships and talking to a variety of people? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a motivated French speaking Telesales Executive to join our growing team in the Information Technology and Services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients over the phone, to identify warm leads.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM software.
  • data cleansing of the database.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in telesales, sales or customer service role would be beneficial but a strong desire to succeed and learn would also be considered.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic understanding of the Information Technology and Services industry is a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

This role is a working week of 34 hours a week working 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch and a slight earlier finish on the Friday. The role is a hybrid role working 2 days from home a week however the client as advised they would consider someone fully remote depending on their experience for this role.

Great opportunity to join a reputable business who is a leader within their field, basic hourly rate for the role is 15.00 per hour plus commission on top.
