Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients over the phone, to identify warm leads.
- Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM software.
- data cleansing of the database.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in telesales, sales or customer service role would be beneficial but a strong desire to succeed and learn would also be considered.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic understanding of the Information Technology and Services industry is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
This role is a working week of 34 hours a week working 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch and a slight earlier finish on the Friday. The role is a hybrid role working 2 days from home a week however the client as advised they would consider someone fully remote depending on their experience for this role.
