We are working with an established and growing rental company that is keen to recruit a mechanically minded individual to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a mechanical background to develop a long-term career in the materials handling industry.

• Mechanical background.
• Ideally formal mechanical qualifications
• Clean Driving License
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach

• Full training and ongoing support
• Clear progression pathway to become a Fully Skilled Mechanical Field Engineer
• Friendly and supportive team environment

Starting in the companys well-equipped workshop, you will receive training in:

• The fitting and repair of hydraulic hoses
• Tyre re-treading, carried out in-house
• Basic mechanical maintenance tasks

As your skills develop, you will begin supporting experienced engineers in the field, carrying out:

• On-site hydraulic hose repairs
• Basic mechanical servicing and fault diagnosis
• General support across a range of servicing tasks
• You will work alongside a team of highly skilled engineers and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of systems.
