Organisational Development Consultant opportunity available on a full-time permanent basis working for a leading organisation based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. This role offers hybrid / home working.

In this role you will provide professional advice and lead on the development, design and delivery of a broad range of organisational and staff development initiatives to support key strategic initiatives around:

  • Culture change
  • Behavioural change
  • Leadership and management development
  • Staff engagement
  • Performance management
  • People Manager development
  • Coaching & mentoring

Provide high level consultancy and advice to support the delivery of transformational change, cultural and behavioural change in support of their vision and strategic plans.

Lead and support the development and implementation of People & OD systems, often working in partnerships with Business Partners / Advisors to achieve the people strategy, ensuring their vision and values are integrated through all activity.

The role:

  • Organisational development consultancy and support
  • Support change and improve performance through organisational and workforce development interventions aligned with their strategy and values
  • Collate and analyse diagnostic and other available data to develop and gain buy in to well thought out recommendations and plans that support delivery of strategies, that bring to life their values and vision and support the delivery of transformation change
  • People and Organisational Development design and delivery
  • Plan, design and delivery of specific OD initiatives that introduce and then embed the key people strategy workstreams
  • Wider people team activities including contributing to staff engagement activities, including staff surveys to understand and deliver outputs that drive employee productivity, engagement and performance
  • Lead and support implantation of new systems that help achieve the people strategy

Salary is paying circa £40k-£44k plus excellent additional Benefits.
