Customer Service Representative
Location: Bradford, Thornbury
Salary: Starting at 25,800 - 26,700 after probation
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:30-17:30, alternate Saturdays 09:00-17:00
Hybrid Working: Available after probation
We're looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to join our Billing team as a Customer Service Representative. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling billing queries, updating account information, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience across all channels.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer billing queries with clarity and care
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when needed
- Identify and support vulnerable customers
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Contribute to performance targets and service improvements
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 6+ months in a customer service role
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Good maths and English (GCSE Level 4 or equivalent)
- IT proficiency and ability to use multiple systems
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
Desirable:
- Contact centre experience
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience supporting or training colleagues
