About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Panel Wirer to join our growing team based in Bradford (BD5). As a Panel Wirer, you will be responsible for the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels, working from technical diagrams and electrical schematics. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
* Build and wire electrical panels and control systems to specification
* Perform point-to-point wiring, cable crimping, and component installation
* Mount and wire electrical components including relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and PLCs
* Conduct basic testing and fault-finding
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety guidelines
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as a Panel Wirer, Electrical Assembler, or Control Panel Technician
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical electrical drawings
* Solid understanding of electrical components and wiring practices
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Able to take initiative and work efficiently under minimal supervision
* Strong organisational skills and commitment to producing high-quality work
