The Role: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team in Bradford. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of a teacher. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
Reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant staff members.
Maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment.
Ensuring all resources and materials are prepared and used effectively.
Following the school's safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
Leaving the classroom tidy and ready for the next lesson.
Providing feedback to the teacher on student progress and any issues encountered.
