The Role: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team in Bradford. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of a teacher.   • Reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant staff members.
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment.
  • Ensuring all resources and materials are prepared and used effectively.
  • Following the school's safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
  • Leaving the classroom tidy and ready for the next lesson.
  • Providing feedback to the teacher on student progress and any issues encountered.
