What does success look like? You will be expected offer creative solutions following best practises and procedures. Working as part of a team to ensure work is completed on time and to the standards set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the training plan set by your line manager to develop your creative skills and technical knowledge
- Provide adaptive design solutions to meet the client briefs and to support your colleagues
- Follow the direction of the creative leads and your colleagues, while offering interesting solutions where appropriate
- Develop a working knowledge of the print processes and develop the ability to work with artwork files, cutter guides and brand guidelines to ensure your adaptive designs are fit for purpose
- Ensure the creation of your design work/files meets the criteria set by our creative and production teams
- Learn and follow client brand guidelines
- Self-monitor work in progress liaising with senior members of the team to ensure it meets quality, time & cost standards in line with brief objectives and budgets
- Have fun and produce the best work you can
What we are looking for:
- A creative thinker, excited by retail and brand design
- Excellent attention to detail with an eye for consistency
- Experience with Adobe programmes especially Illustrator and Photoshop
- A desire to learn with the ability to pick up new skills, processes & systems quickly
- A confident communicator
- A driven individual with a passion for success
- A team player
