- Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
- Demonstrated innovation and creativity in engaging, enthusing, and progressing learners.
- Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan, design, and produce teaching materials and resources suitable for the age and ability of the students.
- Deliver lessons that facilitate progression in student's learning and are tailored to the age and ability of the students.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Manage the classroom and teaching equipment to create a positive learning environment.
- Attend meetings and carry out administrative tasks as required.
- Provide leadership for students within a caring and secure environment.
