The client is a large manufacturing business with an impressive global footprint including some recent acquisitions in the UK! The main manufacturing site is based near Bradford.

Description

As the TPM / CI Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with Production and the Senior Leadership team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Leading and facilitating problem-solving activities within the maintenance department.
  • Overseeing and managing all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) administration and data within the manufacturing department.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of TPM initiatives.
  • Providing training and support to team members on TPM methodologies.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects to drive organisational success.

Profile

The successful TPM / CI Coordinator should have:

  • Previously worked in a similar position within a manufacturing business - ESSENTIAL
  • Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies and tools (5S, OEE etc) - ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent problem-solving skills - ESSENTIAL
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal - ESSENTIAL
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - ESSENTIAL
  • An understanding of lean and continuous improvement methodologies - ESSENTIAL
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field - DESIRABLE
