Role: Temporary Communications and Engagement Coordinator - Bradford Â
Salary: £30K  (this will be pro rata and paid on an hourly rate)
Contract length: Now until September Â
Hours: 9am- 5pm Monday- Friday
Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a national utilities business. Â
To communicate and engage with customers, colleagues and stakeholders and build trusting relationships that keeps the company relevant giving us the freedom to operate and achieve the company ambition.
Responsibilities:
- To engage digitally with customers for our capital programme – making sure we’re always putting customers at the heart
- To champion the customer in all capital projects
- To support the comms and engagement team by creating engaging content and communication plans
- To create and manage paid for social media campaigns to increase awareness of the capital schemes locally
- To help create engaging content to support customer experience initiatives and projects
- To support the comms and engagement team to achieve the wider comms and engagement strategy for the capital programme
- To create engaging video content to visually tell the story about the importance of the investment we’re making
- To support the comms team with research and working with agencies
- To write content for all our channels to help tell the story about how we’re investing in our assets
- To support with audience insight and measurement
- To utilise social media listening tools to support brilliant customer engagement
- To stay up to date with trends and industry news to identify opportunities for content creation and amplification
- To identify and escalate potential issues, working closely with the wider comms team to mitigate them
- To work with the website team to create engaging web content about our capital schemes
- To create regular internal newsletters to keep colleagues up to date with all the great work we’re doing
- To work on projects across the Brand team, providing support, technical knowledge and content development assistance
- To help support wider content and copywriting initiatives when required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience of working within a communication role
- Experience of videography and content creation
- Experience of presenting to small or large groups of people
- Strong communication skills
- Great at building relationships
- Strong time management skills
- Experience of working in similar role within house or via agencies
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Proficient in the use of IT, with experience of Microsoft software (essential) and design
