We’re currently recruiting for a well-established legal team in central Bradford, seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their residential property department.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a Conveyancer, supporting a busy caseload from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of residential conveyancing files
  • Draft legal documents and issue sales contracts
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
  • Conduct property searches and handle post-completion registrations
  • Manage telephone enquiries and keep clients regularly updated
  • Prepare bills, manage financial transactions, and maintain accurate file records
  • Open and close client files in line with internal procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in residential conveyancing
  • Solid understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
