- Providing administrative and secretarial support to conveyancers
- Preparing standard documents and correspondence
- Managing searches, Land Registry applications, and post-completion matters
- Handling incoming calls and client queries professionally
- Maintaining and updating case management systems
- Previous experience as a legal secretary in residential conveyancing
- Good working knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation
- Ability to manage workload independently and efficiently
- A team-player attitude with a professional and positive approach
- A desire to remain in a secretarial role rather than progressing into fee-earning in the near future
