Site Manager - West Yorkshire
Due to multiple new project wins across the region, my client are looking for experienced Groundworks Site Managers to join their growing team in Yorkshire. You'll play a key role in overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations across civil and housing projects
Oversee groundworks, earthworks, roads & sewers, and external finishing
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
Maintain high quality and attention to detail in all site activities
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines
What We're Looking For
Valid SMSTS qualification
In-date First Aid Training
Proven experience within the civil and housing sectors
Strong knowledge of earthwork operations, road & sewer construction, and external finishing
A proactive approach with a keen eye for quality and detail
