Role Overview
They are seeking an ambitious and proactive individual to join our team as a Junior Contracts & Estimating Administrator. This role is ideal for someone with strong numerical and people skills who is looking to grow within a supportive, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate quotes and tenders for roofing projects.
- Acknowledge and respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate pre-start meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager and Site Manager to call off stock and materials.
- Produce and manage purchase orders for site requirements.
- Develop and maintain job costing systems to track project profitability.
- Ensure timely delivery of O&M manuals, guarantees, and maintenance documentation.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support the management of care home refurbishments, heritage projects, and new builds.
