My client is a well-established Accountancy firm. Based in a small and friendly team in Bradford you will be working on a portfolio of clients. Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator or Officer to join them on a permanent basis

Job Description

Reporting directly to Head of services, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of varied weekly, bi weekly & monthly payroll.

Responsibilities and requirements

  • Working on a personal portfolio of small to medium size clients
  • Using Brightpay
  • Processing client payrolls on weekly and monthly cycle
  • Calculation and application of standard deductions
  • Providing a 1st class service to clients, processing the full end to end payrolls
  • Dealing with payroll queries via telephone and email
  • Year end activities, P11d's/ P60's
  • Auto enrolment
  • RTI Submissions
  • Processing statutory payments
  • Handling client payroll queries and collaborating with clients
  • Year end procedures
  • Journals
  • Reconciliations
