The Role - Learning Support Assistant
As an LSA working through Academics, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
- Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
- Encourage and motivate pupils to build confidence and achieve their goals.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for children.
About You
To be considered for this Learning Support Assistant role, you should have:
- Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential).
- A genuine passion for supporting children's education and wellbeing.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to working within a school setting.
