Prospero Health and Social Care are currently recruiting professionals to provide support to supervised families in Bradford.
We are looking for dedicated support workers with a positive and committed attitude to going the extra mile to ensure a positive and safe experience for children. You will be providing family supervision in the Bradford area. Please note, we are currently offering flexible/part-time roles rather than full-time positions.

Key Requirements:
At least 12 months of paid UK experience in the health and social care sector
Proven experience working with children and families
Background in family support work is essential
Flexibility to travel within the area and adapt to varying shift patterns, including weekends and night shifts
Resilience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable young people
NVQ Level 3 in children and young people is preferred but not mandatory
Must be registered with Social Care - DBS in the updated service

What are we expecting you to do as a family support worker:
- Ensure a supportive experience for children, especially in sensitive situations like post-domestic abuse/neglect
- Write reports every session analysing the attitudes and interactions of every family member
- Monitor children's mood and make sure they are safe at all times


Additional Details:
Driving licence is preferred
This role requires in-person attendance
