Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to provide high-quality technical and administrative support. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication across teams and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries, offering timely and professional support.
  • Manage application and verification processes, ensuring compliance with required checks and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate manual and digital records, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints within set timescales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient coordination and adherence to procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • Manage waiting lists and sign-up processes for relevant services.
  • Participate in internal meetings and briefings to support effective communication.
Person Specification:
  • Proven experience in administrative support and customer service roles.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with standard business systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Awareness of safeguarding procedures and ability to act appropriately when necessary.
