Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting Mechanical & Electrical Site Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Braintree on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will ensure that all work is delivered in line with drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety regulations, while effectively managing labour, materials and equipment to keep project on schedule and within budget.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Enforce all site health and safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor progress to ensure alignment with project plans, drawings and relevant standards.
- Inspect ongoing works to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
- Supervise all aspects of M&E from start to completion
- Serve as a key point of contact between project managers, engineers, clients and suppliers.
- Proactively identify and address conflicts or issues on site.
Experience, education & qualifications
- Proven experience in a construction supervision or site management role.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Comfortable working in varied construction environments and shift patterns.
- Site supervision safety training Scheme or equivalent.
- Recognised electrical or mechanical qualifications.
- Health & Safety training (IOSH or higher)
Salary: 40,000 (DOE)
