We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientedPart-Time Accounts Assistantto join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, covering a wide range of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Bank reconciliations across multiple platforms and currencies (GBP, USD, EUR) including Axapta, Bank of Ireland, Novo, Paypal, Stripe

Cashbook to bank reconciliations and petty cash checks

Posting and closing of purchase ledger and sales ledger

Pension and payroll journal postings

Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register (additions, disposals, depreciation)

Directors loan interest calculations

Accruals and prepayments
-
Commission reporting
-
Monthly and ad hoc payment runs

Inter-company recharges
-
Balance sheet reconciliations

General support to the finance office as required
About You:

Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts role

Proficient in bank reconciliations and general ledger processes

Strong understanding of purchase and sales ledger processes

Knowledge of Axapta (Microsoft Dynamics AX) is desirable but not essential

A methodical approach with strong attention to detail

Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
