This is a rare opportunity for a talented and driven Head Chef to take the reins of a prestigious kitchen, working with premium local ingredients and leading a small, focused team.

The inn operates a 4-day week (Thursday to Sunday), allowing you to deliver excellence without compromising work-life balance perfect for a chef who values both creativity and quality of life.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A passionate and skilled Sous ready to step up

  • Experience at rosette level or higher in a fine dining, gastro inn or boutique hotel setting

  • Strong leadership skills with a calm, confident presence in the kitchen

  • A keen eye for seasonality, flavour, and presentation

  • Able to manage kitchen operations, stock, compliance, and mentoring junior chefs
