Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin/PA Support professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining smooth administrative processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting key operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Company Phone & Laptop provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Purchase Order Management: Collate PO numbers to ensure accurate matching with corresponding projects and maintain clear records.

- Timesheet Administration: Process and verify weekly timesheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions.

- Candidate Documentation: Manage candidate documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements, adding/uploading them to the CRM system.

- Shared Drive Maintenance: Organize, update, and clean the shared drive system to improve accessibility and efficiency.

- Booking/planning accommodation for workers.

- General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, handling emails, scheduling meetings, and supporting the wider team.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Previous experience in an administrative or PA support role.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to weekly deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience with maintaining shared drives or document management systems (preferred).
