Salary: £18,000-£22,000 base + Bonus
OTE:
- Year 1: £40k
- Year 2: £50k-£60k
- Year 3: £70k+

Our client is a fast-growing FX and global payments company based in Essex, offering a full suite of foreign exchange and risk management solutions. Due to continued success, they are looking to hire their next Junior FX Sales Executive (s) to join the team.
About the Role
As a Junior FX Sales Executive, you'll enter a 12-month training program covering markets, sales, and strategy. You'll learn the tools of the trade while actively generating new leads and building a client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with clients
- Generate new business through outreach and cold calling
- Qualify leads and identify FX requirements
- Offer FX solutions and risk management strategies
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth
