About the Position:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join the team in Brentwood on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to support the Managing Director and regional Directors, making a significant impact in a high-performing commercial environment. You will tackle exciting challenges while contributing to a well-established and engaging team.
Start Date: February 2026, or potentially earlier depending on candidate availability to allow for a thorough handover.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Managing Director and regional Directors by managing diaries, organizing meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
- Lead the coordination of boardrooms, venues, and hospitality, while efficiently handling high volumes of emails and calls.
- Maintain accurate records and data on various company systems and Excel spreadsheets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with a team of Secretaries and Receptionists to foster a high-functioning office environment.
- Work alongside the Group HR team to address HR, Training, Payroll, and Recruitment queries, enhancing operational efficiency.
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) supporting Senior Directors or Managing Directors in a commercial business setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to thrive under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a keen attention to detail.
- A strong ability to multi-task and adapt to fluctuating workloads while handling sensitive and confidential information.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Experience with HR systems and software, along with intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge for reporting.
- Exposure to HR queries and processes, enhancing your ability to support the team effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience that showcases your proactive nature and problem-solving skills.
Experience Required:
