- Provide daily administrative support to the MD and CEO
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and ensure effective time management
- Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Handle light HR administration, such as issuing new starter contracts
- Submit administrative documentation to training bodies
- Prepare medical related admin reports (training will be provided)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous work experience as a PA or similar
- Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
- A positive, professional, and can do attitude
