We are looking for a proactive and organised PA to join a medical company near Upminster! You will be providing day to day support for two people within the business.The role will be Monday – Friday 08:30-17:00 in their office you will be happy to work independently as well as having previous work experience within a personal assistant or secretarial position.Starting salary will be circa £35,000 and employer pension contribution sits at 4%.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily administrative support to the MD and CEO
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and ensure effective time management
  • Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Handle light HR administration, such as issuing new starter contracts
  • Submit administrative documentation to training bodies
  • Prepare medical related admin reports (training will be provided)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Previous work experience as a PA or similar
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
  • A positive, professional, and can do attitude
