Google Ad Specialist

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a family-run business based near Brentwood, who are looking to bring on board a talented Google Ad Specialist to support their growth.

This is a permanent, full-time office-based role (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm), offering a competitive salary depending on experience. The company is expanding and looking for someone who can take ownership of their Google Ads strategy and help drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Write and test ad copy variations
Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve
Produce performance reports
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends and updates
Collaborate with the wider team to align campaigns with business goals
Bring fresh ideas to increase visibility and generate leads
