Location: EssexStart Date: September 2025Contract: Full-Time (38 hours/week), Term-Time OnlySalary: £24,252 actual (£30,736 FTE)
A leading independent day and boarding school in Essex is seeking a committed and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team from September 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-achieving and values-led school, supporting students with additional learning needs across Years 7-13
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-class and 1:1 support for students with SEND
- Assist with small group interventions and practical tasks
- Monitor student wellbeing and collaborate with teaching and pastoral teams
- Help implement individual targets and maintain clear support records
- Contribute to the positive ethos and inclusive culture of the school
