A leading independent day and boarding school in Essex is seeking a committed and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team from September 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-achieving and values-led school, supporting students with additional learning needs across Years 7-13

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-class and 1:1 support for students with SEND
  • Assist with small group interventions and practical tasks
  • Monitor student wellbeing and collaborate with teaching and pastoral teams
  • Help implement individual targets and maintain clear support records
  • Contribute to the positive ethos and inclusive culture of the school
