About the role:
Deliver high-quality teaching across the primary phase, adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
Support pupils with SEND, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
Work collaboratively with our SENCo and support staff to implement effective strategies and interventions.
Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and included.
What were looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience working with children with SEN in a primary setting.
Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and inclusive practices.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
