Salary: Up to £60,000/yr
Job Elements• Accountable to the Facilities Engineering Manager.• Ensuring all electrical planned maintenance tasks are executed to the quality expectations of the regulated business.• Lead and Project Manage assigned site facilities capital projects.• Maintain compliance of the engineering maintenance planning database.• Management of external service providers and contractors.• Management of the site Photovoltaic System.• Management of the site Power Network LV and HV.• Support maintenance teams to resolve complex problems, demonstrating leadership skills through the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
The ideal candidate will have:• Preferred HNC/HND/Degree in an Engineering discipline and hold a professional qualification e.g. I.Eng, etc. (Mech. / Elec. / Control) would be desirable.• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment.• Knowledge and experience of Electrical Power Systems.• Knowledge and experience of Facilities Electrical Compliance requirements.• Knowledge and experience of Building Management Systems.• Ability to manage and execute projects and liaise with external contractors.• Knowledge and experience of Electrical Design.• Knowledge and experience of Fire Detection and Suppression systems.• Experience of Photovoltaic power systems.• Good working knowledge of SAP systems.
