Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied portfolio of business clients
  • Reviewing accounts and tax returns prepared by the team
  • Supporting and developing junior staff
  • Providing commercial advice and insights to clients
  • Ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
  • Assisting in driving growth and continuous improvement within the department
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients
  • Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
