Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:Manage the flow of materials and products, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth operations.
- Project Management Support:Assist in overseeing various projects, keeping timelines and resources on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong internal relationships across departments, promoting effective collaboration.
- Raise Queries: Proactively address issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
- IT Systems: Leverage advanced IT tools and software to track orders, manage schedules, and monitor logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software is essential.
- Process Improvement:Continuously seek ways to enhance supply chain and logistics processes, driving efficiency and cost reduction.
- Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Internal Relationships: Maintain a positive and assertive presence, ensuring strong relationships with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or project management is essential.
- IT Proficiency: Strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Project Management Software. Experience in Microsoft Dynamic is preferred.
- Strong Personality: Hardworking, confident, and assertive, with the ability to manage your tasks independently while working collaboratively.
- Interpersonal Skills:Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain effective working relationships across departments.
- Proactive:A self-starter who takes the initiative to address issues and ensure projects run smoothly.
- Multitasking:Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep track of different priorities, and ensure things are done right the first time.
- Hardworking:A driven individual who is dedicated to getting the job done, no matter the challenge.
- Experience working in a Private Equity background is advantageous.
