Involve Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and confident Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a world leader in the sports manufacturing industry. If you are passionate, tech-savvy, proactive, and have a strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and project management, this role is perfect for you. This position requires a hardworking individual who can manage multiple tasks, raise queries confidently, and maintain positive relationships with internal teams.

This is an in-person role with no option for hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:Manage the flow of materials and products, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth operations.
  • Project Management Support:Assist in overseeing various projects, keeping timelines and resources on track.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong internal relationships across departments, promoting effective collaboration.
  • Raise Queries: Proactively address issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • IT Systems: Leverage advanced IT tools and software to track orders, manage schedules, and monitor logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software is essential.
  • Process Improvement:Continuously seek ways to enhance supply chain and logistics processes, driving efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Internal Relationships: Maintain a positive and assertive presence, ensuring strong relationships with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or project management is essential.
  • IT Proficiency: Strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Project Management Software. Experience in Microsoft Dynamic is preferred.
  • Strong Personality: Hardworking, confident, and assertive, with the ability to manage your tasks independently while working collaboratively.
  • Interpersonal Skills:Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain effective working relationships across departments.
  • Proactive:A self-starter who takes the initiative to address issues and ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Multitasking:Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep track of different priorities, and ensure things are done right the first time.
  • Hardworking:A driven individual who is dedicated to getting the job done, no matter the challenge.
  • Experience working in a Private Equity background is advantageous.
