Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a French-speaking Project Manager to join our client's dynamic and fast-paced team based in Pencoed, working on a hybrid basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage high-quality projects from start to finish - ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and to the highest client satisfaction standards.
You'll play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing logistics, and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting the wider Account Leadership team.
Key Duties:
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact.
Coordinate internal resources to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Track progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays.
Support Account Leaders with reporting, data analysis, presentations, and administration.
Collaborate closely with Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain accurate project documentation and oversee related logistics.
Provide cover for fellow Project Managers when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
Self-motivated and adaptable with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Fluent in French (essential) - additional languages are an advantage.
High IT literacy and confidence learning new systems.
