Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from 5m to 150m.

The initial project is for an esteemed public sector client and consists of new build and refurbishment to an existing building in Bridgend (120m).

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of 70,000 - 75,000
- Company car or allowance (6,500)

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification

Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Input during pre-construction stage
- Production of CVRs

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from 10m+.
