Description
- Prepare and review personal tax returns.
- Provide IHT and Trust tax compliance and advisory services
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Work on a variety of assignments including advisory projects.
- Assist with HMRC enquiries and investigations.
- Provide tax planning advice to clients.
- Support junior team members and provide training where necessary.
- Stay updated with changes in tax legislation.
- Liaise with other departments to provide integrated service to clients.
Profile
A successful Personal Tax Senior should have:
- Professional qualification in tax or accountancy.
- Proven experience in personal tax compliance work.
- Excellent knowledge of tax legislation and the ability to apply this to client scenarios.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
