Description

  • Prepare and review personal tax returns.
  • Provide IHT and Trust tax compliance and advisory services
  • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Work on a variety of assignments including advisory projects.
  • Assist with HMRC enquiries and investigations.
  • Provide tax planning advice to clients.
  • Support junior team members and provide training where necessary.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax legislation.
  • Liaise with other departments to provide integrated service to clients.

Profile

A successful Personal Tax Senior should have:

  • Professional qualification in tax or accountancy.
  • Proven experience in personal tax compliance work.
  • Excellent knowledge of tax legislation and the ability to apply this to client scenarios.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
