The role of Estimator - Fit Out will involve:

·Estimator position dealing with fit-out and refurbishment projects primarily for residential propoerty

·Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations

·Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers

·Producing formal quotations to customers

·Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines

·Measuring up for jobs

·Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information

·Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers

The ideal applicant will

·have estimating experience within the fit out / design & build market sector

·Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs

·Highly organised with good attention to detail

·Excellent communicator written and verbally

·Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

·Ability to work in a fast paced environment

·Good team player who also works well individually
