- Quote & Sales Support: Manage quotes for maintenance contracts, support sales activities, handle inquiries, and assist in negotiation and reporting.
- Customer & Aftersales Service: Act as a primary customer contact, addressing inquiries, aftersales concerns, warranty issues, and payment processing.
- Export & Compliance Management: Oversee domestic and international sales logistics, ensure export compliance, and manage shipping documentation and regulations.
- CRM & Opportunity Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, track live opportunities, and conduct prospecting calls to generate new leads.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, logistics, and management teams; contribute to meetings, reporting, and administrative support for senior staff.
- Proven experience in sales administration, sales support, inside sales or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, particularly in managing orders and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving approach.
