An exciting opportunity for a IT Systems Administration trainer to work closely with key Defence clients.Your role will involve delivery of training on latest technology and hardware to UK Defence and Security staff, improving system administration skills for the next generation of staff. From managing windows networks and hardware to managing, monitoring, and maintaining applications, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and support.Home based with working on-site primarily in the West Midlands with different Defence customers.ESSENTIAL• Developed Vetting (DV) clearance - either ACTIVE or LAPSED • On-site requirement in West Midlands, must be based locally or willing to commute • Proficiency in the Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, PowerShell, and Exchange as well as hands on experience and knowledge of other vendor technologies including VMware Virtualisation and Cisco Unified Comms and networking products.• Strong background in Windows Domains and Virtualisation.DESIRABLE• Hands-on experience in delivery of classroom-based training for up to 12 students in a group• A proactive mindset, resilience, interpersonal skill, and exceptional communicator.• Ability to prioritise workload effectivelyThis role is an IMMEDIATE requirement, please apply ASAP if you are interested.
