Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and skilledHLTAto join a friendly, inclusive primary school. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the school, deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions, and confidently lead whole-class lessons when needed.

Location: Bridgnorth

Key Responsibilities

• Cover classes and deliver planned learning.

• Support teachers with planning and assessment.

• Provide targeted support to individuals and groups.

• Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.

About You

• HLTA status (or working towards it).

• Experience in a primary school.

• Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.

• A passion for helping children succeed.
