The Role:

  • This newly created Strategic Growth Executive position is central to shaping the direction of the business’s private label division, which contributes significantly to its UK operations.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, category, and commercial teams, you’ll play a key role in connecting the dots between insight, innovation, and execution.
  • Not your typical tactical role - this is a unique opportunity to help write the strategic playbook, influence key decisions, and drive change across a growing portfolio of chilled dairy and dessert products.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the development and evolution of long-term strategy across chilled dairy and private label
  • Translating category insights, competitive intelligence, and commercial data into meaningful actions
  • Partnering with sales, category, and operational teams to bring strategic initiatives to life
  • Monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Staying ahead of trends and market dynamics in the dairy space - from consumer shifts to macro influences

About You:

  • A strategic thinker with experience in commercial, category, insights, or planning roles within FMCG
  • Sharp with data and able to see the bigger picture - comfortable using insight tools (Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, etc.)
  • Commercially aware - understands pricing, P&L levers, and what drives retail performance
  • A natural collaborator and influencer, able to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships
  • Curious, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to shape something from the ground up
