Job Summary for a Commercial Manager (MEP)
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager (MEP) to lead the commercial delivery of mechanical, electrical, and public health packages on a high-profile development. The scheme involves the construction of a large-scale advanced manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Manager (MEP)

-Management of MEP Commercial functions including procurement, tendering, subcontractor accounts, variation and final account settlements.
- Supporting project leadership with commercial insight and analysis to guide strategy and profitability.
- Ensuring cost control, forecasting and cash flow management are robust and aligned with project objectives.

Requirements of a Commercial Manager (MEP)

- Demonstrable experience in MEP Commercial Management on a large-scale, technically complex construction projects.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and construction management delivery models.
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
