What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a Reablement Occupational Therapist and become a pivotal part of a service that helps individuals regain independence following illness, injury, loss of confidence, or hospital admission. In this role, you will:

Perform strengths-based assessments with clients in their own homes

Design and implement personalised and creative reablement plans
-
Support individuals in achieving independence and improved well-being
-
Collaborate with OT assistants, support workers, and a Principal OT
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid HCPC registration

A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy

Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience
-
Experience in reablement or community-based care is highly desirable

A valid UK driver’s licence (essential for community visits)

Excellent communication, assessment, and planning skills

A proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This flexible locum position requires availability from Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing, with strong potential for extension based on service needs and performance.
