What you will be doing:
- Managing a varied portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients
- Delivering proactive tax planning
- Identifying tax efficient strategies
- Developing junior staff
- Liaising with directors to explore business development and expansion
- Maintaining and building valuable relationships with clients
What we are looking for:
- Proactive and commercially minded
- Solid technical knowledge of tax legislation and current issues
- Ability to lead a team
- Experience in an accountancy practice environment
- CTA qualified or qualified by experience
- Client focused with excellent communication skills
