Grafton Banks Finance are actively supporting a Brighton-based business in their search for an Accounts Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role sits within the finance department and will focus on supporting the Credit Control and Accounts Receivable functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Raising a high volume of invoices, including multi-invoices

Generating credit notes and statements

Posting cash receipts and processing reconciliations

Printing invoices daily

Liaising with clients regarding accounts receivable and sales ledger queries

Processing billing tasks
The ideal candidate will:

Be available at short notice for a May start

Be able to commute to the Brighton office on a daily basis

Possess strong systems skills, including Excel (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, etc.)
