Senior Accounts Assistant Temporary - Ongoing Based in Preston Park, Brighton4 days in the office, 1 day at home (office based to start)£27,000 - £32,000 per annum
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new exciting new job opportunity for an Senior Accounts Assistant to join a growing SME business based in the Brighton area on an ongoing temporary contract.
Your duties will include:
- Supplier invoices
- Assisting with payroll
- Bank and supplier reconciliations
- Intercompany transactions for over 10 companies
- VAT returns
- CIS returns
- Uploading invoices from drop-box and adding to the cash-flow
- Processing expenses
- Communicating with suppliers
Key requirements:
- Experience of working with Xero
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident user of Excel
