Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting public services? We are looking for a proactive Operational Support Officer to join our WRBS Operational Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of essential services that support our community.What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing incoming correspondence and routing it securely and efficiently.
  • Scanning and indexing documents into our Electronic Document Management (EDM) system.
  • Supporting staff and customers by responding to emails and escalating complex queries.
  • Coordinating purchases and payments for goods and services.
  • Handling sensitive documents securely and ensuring their safe return.
  • Providing general administrative support across WRBS services.
What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Educated to NQF Level 1 or equivalent.
  • Competent in using computer systems.
  • Strong administrative and document handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
  • A methodical and flexible team player.
  • Experience in providing first-line support to staff and customers.
