Day-to-day of the role:
  • Contact healthcare professionals via telephone to ask technical questions about software and operational processes.
  • Record responses accurately and confirm interest in scheduling appointments with our client’s product specialist team.
  • Use a CRM system for dialing and tracking calls, adhering to a call guide to ensure consistency.
  • Maintain high standards of data entry to ensure quality leads and reliable appointment confirmations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Over 1 years of experience in a technical B2B telemarketing, sales, or tele-research role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable spelling for CRM notes/reports.
  • Professional demeaner with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong will to succeed in a competitive industry.
  • Demonstrates effective management of personal health and well-being.
  • Ambition to grow within the company and contribute to achieving commercial success.
