Day-to-day of the role:- Contact healthcare professionals via telephone to ask technical questions about software and operational processes.
- Record responses accurately and confirm interest in scheduling appointments with our client’s product specialist team.
- Use a CRM system for dialing and tracking calls, adhering to a call guide to ensure consistency.
- Maintain high standards of data entry to ensure quality leads and reliable appointment confirmations.
- Over 1Â years of experience in a technical B2B telemarketing, sales, or tele-research role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable spelling for CRM notes/reports.
- Professional demeaner with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong will to succeed in a competitive industry.
- Demonstrates effective management of personal health and well-being.
